Exchange / Return Policy
All items are personal orders and personal sewing, there is an exchange of size only, there are no returns or exchanges for items different from the order.
There are no returns/exchanges on lacquer items.
Repair service for a sewn item is provided for up to two weeks
from the date of receipt of the item.
The exchange is conditional on three business days from the day of receiving the order.
Important note: the cost of exchange with a courier on behalf of the company is NIS 65 (exchange of a size), which must be paid to the courier or our order center. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
* All items must have tags and have not been worn or used in any way. * Due to health regulations, dirty, worn, damaged or washed clothes will not be accepted.
* The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the returned item(s) and the replacement order. * Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
* We will transfer the refund within 1-5 business days after receiving it
Important note: Any price difference between the returned items and the replacement must be paid by the customer, and the customer pays all shipping costs, including sending the items to us and returning the shipment from Israel to the customer’s address.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Taylor Rose Warranty Policy.
Once the tags have been removed from the goods, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur. Taylor swimwear is delicate and will show normal “wear and tear” over time. We will not repair color fading, burring / pulling, lack of flexibility, fabric deterioration or color runs.
Hand wash only for all swimwear.
While most of our swimwear can be worn in pool or ocean water, it is not designed for strenuous water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be washed in cold water with very mild soap. Lay flat or hang to dry.

Orders brought from the Taylor Rose warehouse in Rishon Lezion will be processed within 30 business days from the date of purchase and are shipped as follows: EU countries + non-EU countries: orders are shipped with unpaid duty and taxes. We strongly recommend that you check your country’s customs laws
USA: As far as we know, orders up to US$200 are duty free when imported into the USA, however we strongly recommend that you check the US customs laws.
